Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and generating sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong ability to convince customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
● Handle inbound calls, customer queries & upselling opportunities
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Perform regular follow-ups to close pending leads
● Update customer details, call status & sales in CRM software
● Ensure customer satisfaction while driving conversions
● Follow company SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards
Required Skills

● Strong communication in Hindi (English added advantage)
Eligibility
● Minimum 6 months experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or sales process
● Healthcare / insurance / pharma / diagnostics experience is a plus
● 12th pass minimum (Graduates preferred)
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
