Digital Marketing & Telesales Executive

Location: Vasna, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Telesales Executive to join our Holidays & Travel Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting holiday packages through digital marketing activities, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and publish engaging content, promotional posts, and travel package advertisements.

Generate leads through online marketing campaigns.

Assist in running digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Respond to customer inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, and email.

Telesales & Customer Engagement

Contact potential customers and explain holiday packages and travel offers.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an added advantage).

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Good convincing and sales skills.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
