Job Summary:

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining legal services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data

• Explain the firm’s legal services clearly and professionally

• Identify client needs and suggest suitable legal solutions

• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the legal team

• Follow up with interested clients to close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (preferred)

• Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / BPO is an advantage

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of legal services (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel )
