Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist prospective clients, and schedule consultations with our legal experts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

• Handle inbound enquiries professionally and courteously.

• Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and accurate manner.

• Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate legal department.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding appointments and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM/system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and legal matters.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

• Good listening skills and the ability to understand client concerns.

• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-service mindset.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.

• Experience in a legal, banking, financial, or service industry will be preferred.
