Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Salary (In-hand): ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives for our Chandigarh office. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and ensuring sales conversions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company offerings.

• Promote products/services persuasively and generate qualified leads.

• Maintain call records and update customer details accurately.

• Follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.

• Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / BPO / customer service is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi is a plus).

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Target-driven, confident, and persuasive personality.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
