Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing & Sales Executive who can handle customer calls, generate leads, support sales activities, and manage basic documentation for solar projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote solar products and services
Generate leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team
Explain solar solutions, pricing, and benefits to customers
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer data in Excel/CRM
Handle documentation such as customer details, quotations, and records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales process
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation work
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer queries and objections
Sales-oriented attitude with target focus
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Knowledge of solar industry (added advantage)
