We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telecalling Sales & Collection to join Stafex HR for our renowned client Sasta Sundar (This position is on Sasta Sundar company payroll). The role involves managing and Supervising a team of telecalling executives, driving performance toward sales and collection targets, and maintaining process discipline. The position offers ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand per month along with attractive incentives, ESIC, and PF, plus growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of a minimum of 10 Telecalling Executives specializing in sales and collection processes.

• Monitor daily calling, sales, and collection performance to track individual and team targets.

• Coach, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity and ensure effective customer handling.

• Monitor call quality, regular follow-ups, and maintain strict process discipline.

• Prepare daily performance updates and summary reports for internal management.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements & Details:

• Qualification: HS Pass / 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Telecalling Sales or Collection Team Handling (handling a minimum team of 10 executives)

• Skills Required: Fluent Hindi communication, strong team management, and target-oriented approach

• Job Location: Baruipur, West Bengal (Interview Location: New Town, Kolkata)

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand per month + Attractive Incentives + ESIC + PF

• Salary Date: Credited on the 1st of every month

• Working Hours & Days: Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off, Saturday – Half Day
