Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage and support telecalling executives for insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring calls, motivating team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise telecalling executives.

Monitor daily calling activities and sales performance.

Achieve team sales targets and improve conversions.

Train and guide team members on communication and sales techniques.

Handle customer escalations and support in closing sales.

Prepare performance reports and maintain records.
