Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a self motivated, incentive driven & ambitious Telecalling Team Leader to join our team at Habitat Prime/Habitat Realty. The work offers tremendous opportunity for growth as well as direct and recurring/indirect incentives. The role involves managing, training and monitoring a telesales team. The work involves delivering self and team sales targets. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹30,000, subject to the last drawn documented salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking full responsibility of a Telesales Team with discipline and productivity.

• Assisting in recruitment. Managing and Training.

• Submit relevant daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 4 years of experience. The role requires being target and incentive driven, ambitious go getter, ability to work under sales commitments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
