Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Organize training and employee development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
