Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, counseling prospects about our services, and closing deals effectively.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a consultative selling approach suited for the mental health domain.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Conversions
Call and follow up on inbound digital leads
Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and reactivation
Understand patient requirements and recommend suitable plans
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Maintain structured follow-up process
Ensure quick response time to new leads
Update CRM regularly with call notes and status
Coordination
Coordinate with counselors for consultation scheduling
Work closely with Inside Sales Manager on target achievement
Support renewal conversations when required
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in tele-sales / service-based sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up discipline
Basic CRM knowledge preferred
High empathy and patient-sensitive communication approach
