Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors who will connect with potential students through outbound calls and guide them about training programs. The role involves explaining course benefits and inviting interested candidates to attend free walk-in seminars.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to interested students using the provided leads.
Explain aviation and hospitality training programs.
Convince candidates to attend free walk-in seminars.
Maintain proper follow-ups with interested candidates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses.
Eligibility Criteria
*Minimum 12th Pass*(Result in hand).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in Outbound Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation is preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
*Age limit: 18 – 34 years.*
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking and convincing candidates.
Good speech clarity and listening skills.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
*Freshers*: *₹16,000* – *₹20,000 CTC*
*Experienced*: Up to *₹25,000 CTC*
Company provides leads for calling.
Working Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
