Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Admissions Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about courses and admission procedures, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Explain college programs, courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM/software.
Schedule campus visits and online counseling sessions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Handle student queries professionally and resolve concerns.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for updated information.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English + Regional Language preferred).
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or admissions counseling is an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
