Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make regular calls to existing customers to process re-orders and renewals.
Customer Retention: Build strong rapport with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and order status in the CRM/Excel.
Query Resolution: Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, and delivery professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a calling profile (Customer Support).
Education: Graduate
Language Skills: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi is essential.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to handle repetitive calling tasks with high energy.
