Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain company products/services and offers clearly.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Daily/weekly calling and follow-up.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
Pleasant and confident personality.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Computer.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate with good communication skills.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
