JOB TITLE: Tele calling, Tele sales executive

DEPARTMENT: Customer Support / CRM

LOCATION:MG ROAD

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Maintain customer database and follow up regularly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements

Fresher to 4 years of experience can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle calls politely and efficiently
