We are looking for a Inhouse BDA _Tele caller to join our team Raynex Power Solution Pvt ltd. Company. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM .
Provide timely and relevant information to customers as per their requirements.
Work collaboratively with other teams
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction and conversion in basic KRA.
Job Requirements:
The minimum experience requires is 1-2 years. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to 6 week during the 9 am -6 pm shift.
