Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses/services
• Follow up on leads and maintain lead records
• Convince and counsel clients for enrollments
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Resolve basic customer queries politely and professionally
Required Skills:
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Able to handle targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
• Positive attitude and convincing skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
• Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage
