Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive freshers only to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and converting leads into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain property details, current projects, and investment opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable real estate solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
• Graduation required
• Only Fresher’s –No prior Experience needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and persuasive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet task
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools
• Age 23+
