Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs and admission procedures.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, websites, and referrals.
Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, and admission interviews.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM/database systems regularly.
Guide prospective students through the admission process and address their queries professionally.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
Prepare and submit call reports and lead status updates
