Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers with experience in banking and financial products such as Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Insurance. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

• Explain financial products such as Credit Cards, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Insurance.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales in Banking/Finance sector.

• Experience in handling Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, or related financial products.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent follow-up abilities.

• Knowledge of banking and loan processes.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language is an added advantage.
