🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Build positive customer relationships

• Work across Sales, Recovery, Collection, or Health Insurance processes

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher education preferred)
Age Bracket: 18 to 30 years
Experience: Freshers welcome | Experienced candidates preferred

💼 Required Skills

✔️ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
✔️ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, internet navigation)
✔️ Target-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
✔️ Ability to handle customer queries professionally

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹20,000+ per month
