Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling for Loan Recovery to contact customers over the phone and collect pending loan payments. The candidate should be polite, confident, and able to handle customer conversations professionally.
Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding overdue loan payments
Explain outstanding amount, due dates, and payment options
Follow up with customers for timely payment
Maintain daily call and payment records
Handle customer queries related to loan recovery
Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets
Requirements:
Hindi speaking skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle pressure and rejection
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Telecalling or recovery experience preferred (freshers can apply)
