We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the database/CRM.
Follow up with customers for feedback or further sales opportunities.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or graduation in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
