Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing sales team at Mashmalo Technology.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our IT & Digital Marketing services, and scheduling follow-ups or demos with the sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves communication, targets, and growth in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services (Website, App, CRM & Digital Marketing).

• Handle inbound inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Maintain customer details and call records in CRM software.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Confidence and a positive attitude toward achieving goals.

• Prior telesales or customer support experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales / customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed + Incentives up to ₹25,000/month
📅 6 Days Working | Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
📍 Location: IT Park, Gurugram
