Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products and services clearly to customers.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• 2–6 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
