We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at K 1 Force Private Limited. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Loan/ Credit Card collection. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Call customer for their overdue payments.
Maintain daily feedback and follow up for payments.
Offer timely and relevant solutions for settlement, foreclosure to customer.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customers overdue payments, offering settlements, payment collection etc. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

DRA Certified candidates will be an advantage.
Other language like Odiya, Assamase, Punjabi & Bhojpuri will be an advantage.
