# Telecalling & Customer Care Executive – Loan Proposal

## Job Summary

Skygrow Sports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **Telecalling & Customer Care Executive** to handle customer interactions, explain loan proposals, generate and follow up on leads, resolve customer queries, and support successful conversions.

The ideal candidate should have **excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, convincing skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.**

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan proposals.

* Explain loan proposals, features, eligibility requirements, and processes clearly.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

* Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.

* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

* Address customer concerns and objections with patience and confidence.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for proposal processing.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, customer service, and conversion targets.

* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.

* Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely communication.

### Requirements

* **1–3 years of experience** in telecalling, customer care, telesales, loan sales, banking, financial services, or a similar role.

* **Excellent verbal communication skills** in Hindi and English.

* Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and **conversion skills**.

* Ability to handle sales and performance targets.

* Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.

* Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer/lead records.

* Prior experience in **loan or financial-product sales/customer service** will be preferred.
