The main responsibility is to make invitation calls to couples and families for our upcoming travel events organized by the company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to engage customers positively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound invitation calls to couples and families.

• Clearly explain the event details organized by Infinity Travel Club.

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful tone throughout the call.

• Update customer responses and maintain call records accurately.

• Follow calling scripts and guidelines set by the company.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event participation.

Requirements:

• Any qualification (12th pass/graduate).

• Good communication skills in English or regional languages.

• Pleasant speaking voice and confident telephone manners.

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

• Prior telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
