Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller/Telesales Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling outbound and inbound calls to convert leads and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product/service information.

• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer database and call records.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow scripts and communication guidelines to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling/telesales experience.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
