🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls and promote financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Overdraft (Professional/Business OD) Limits. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan and OD limit products.

• Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and interest rates clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan/OD products.

• Generate leads, follow up rigorously, and convert them into applications.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation.

• Maintain daily call records, lead status, and update CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly targets for disbursements, login numbers, and conversions.

• Follow compliance, KYC norms, and internal guidelines during the sales process.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.

• Basic understanding of loan products, NBFC policies, and OD facilities.

• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic.

Eligibility Criteria

qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

Experience:

1 to 6+ years in telesales, banking sales, loans, credit cards, or insurance.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Language: Fluent in Hindi & English.
