Service Coordination
Assign daily service jobs to technicians.
Schedule appointments and confirm with customers.
Monitor job completion status.
Ensure technicians reach on time.
2. Customer Handling
Attend incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Explain service details, pricing, and AMC plans.
Handle complaints professionally.
Take follow-ups for pending payments.
3. Office Administration
Maintain daily service records and reports.
Prepare quotations and invoices.
Update customer database.
Maintain attendance of field staff.
4. Vendor & Staff Coordination
Communicate with technicians regarding job details.
Ensure material availability.
Maintain internal discipline and reporting structure.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 0–3 years experience in operations / coordination role.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp Business.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
Strong follow-up ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
