Track KPIs related to warehousing, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery.
Maintain accuracy of data in Excel, ERP, WMS, or internal systems.
Share reports with management within defined timelines.
Identify data gaps, mismatches, and report deviations.
Support audits, performance reviews, and operational planning.
Ensure data confidentiality and secure record-keeping.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data updates.

Make outbound calls to customers, vendors, or delivery partners as per requirement.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally.
Follow up on deliveries, service feedback, and issue resolution.
Update call details, customer feedback, and outcomes in the system.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams for updates.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain call quality standards and communication etiquette.
Meet daily call targets and follow company calling scripts.
