Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-spoken Telecaller & Back Office Executive to handle client communication, documentation, and daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have strong MS Excel skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls for client coordination, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Maintain call logs, update CRM/Excel databases, and ensure 100% accuracy in data entry.
Manage day-to-day email communication, draft professional emails, and follow up on pending responses.
Prepare Excel reports, trackers, and use advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, etc.).
Coordinate between internal teams and clients for timely updates and issue resolution.
Handle documentation, filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining MIS reports.
Support the manager with administrative tasks and ensure smooth back-office operations.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Strong command over MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Good organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
