The candidate is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functioning of the department
• Ensure efficiency in all operational aspects, including managing schedules and coordinating with other departments
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees to ensure they meet performance standards
• Assist in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of new and existing staff.
• Resolve client complaints and address questions or concerns to maintain high standards of service.
• Help with administrative tasks, such as maintaining daily MIS updation, closure of cases on time from fellow team members, monitoring daily attendance of staff, record-keeping and report generation.
• Assist the manager with developing and implementing strategies and policies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. He/she has to be quick in adapting new process, also able to bring up new ideas for working that will benefit the organization.
