Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and professional Female Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers/prospects, generating leads, handling follow-ups and converting enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

· Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.

· Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

· Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

· Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.

· Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

· Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.

· Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

· Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

· Update CRM/Excel records regularly.

Candidate Requirements

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

· Good Hindi and English communication skills.

· Positive attitude with a strong willingness to achieve targets.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional approach.
