JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER (HOME CINEMA ROOM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele caller connect with potential customers, and promote our home cinema room solutions. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our products and services, following up with customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home cinema room solutions, including home theatre systems, projectors, screens, audio systems, and related products.

2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers interested in setting up a home cinema room.

3. Explain product features, benefits, installation services, and available solutions according to customer requirements.

4. Understand customer requirements, budget, room size, and preferences, and forward qualified leads to the sales team.

5. Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations, site visits, product demonstrations, and proposals.

6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives, technical consultants, and site inspections.

7. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries.

8. Achieve assigned daily calling targets, lead-generation targets, and appointment targets.

9. Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.

10. Follow up with existing customers for feedback, referrals, and additional product requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience in tele calling, or customer service is preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.

• Ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone.

• Good follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to learn about home theatre systems, projectors, speakers, and home cinema installations.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.

• Office Time: - 10 AM to 7 PM

• Week off - Sunday

• Office-based role with regular coordination with the sales and technical teams.

• Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/-.

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided as per company policy.

Expected Outcome

The Tele caller should consistently generate quality leads, maintain effective customer relationships, schedule sales appointments, and contribute to increased sales of home cinema room solutions.
