Job Title: Telecaller

Experience Required: Fresher to 6 Months ( Only Female Candidates)

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, and generating leads or sales opportunities. Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

2. Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.

3. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

5. Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.

6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

7. Update customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.

8. Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).

2. 0–6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or related fields.

3. Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).

5. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
