Key Responsibilities:
Find and connect with new clients and business opportunities.
Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Explain SmartCraft products such as custom metal keychains, corporate gifts, and promotional items.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and handle inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the design and production team for smooth order processing.
Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in talking with customers and closing sales.
Basic knowledge of mobile, WhatsApp, and social media communication.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.
