We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads
Present product/service information clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls & leads
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred). Freshers are also welcome, especially those who are passionate about kickstarting their career in the financial industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive
Basic computer knowledge
Strong persuasion and closing skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
