We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Calling Executive to join AIRHS PRIVATE LIMITED. The primary role involves maintaining strong communication with our active and inactive travel agents/partners and ensuring effective follow-up and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Regularly contact existing active and inactive travel agents/partners via phone for follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship building.
Database Management: Maintain and update daily call logs, agent activity, and communication details accurately in MS Excel.
Communication: Answer agent queries and coordinate with the internal sales and operations team.
Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on agent engagement status from the Excel database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasing and clear phone voice is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential. Knowledge of other regional languages is a strong advantage (will be given preference).
Technical Skills: Must be proficient and experienced in using MS Excel for data entry, filtering, and basic reporting.
Experience: Freshers are welcome / 0-1 year of tele-calling experience preferred.
