Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for a domestic outbound insurance process.

The role involves contacting interested leads, understanding customer requirements, and

advising them on suitable insurance products across Health, Motor, and Life insurance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to interested and verified leads

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products

Provide accurate information about policy features, benefits, and coverage

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and conversion

Maintain proper call documentation and follow-ups

Meet daily/weekly performance and sales targets

Adhere to company and regulatory compliance guidelines

Required Skill Set

Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

No MTI or RTI

Clear pronunciation and strong grammar

Customer-focused and persuasive communication

Basic sales acumen and ability to handle objections

Qualification

●

Graduate in any disciplineExperience

●

Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

●

Preferred: Experience in Domestic Insurance or outbound sales

Salary & Incentives

●

Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC(22k In Hand

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (based on last drawn)- 25K in Hand
