Job Description:- Teamhalt Private Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller/Coordinator (Female) to support our home loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) vertical. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in working with DSA channels and a good understanding of bank and NBFC home loan processes. Key Responsibilities:-  Make outbound calls to prospective customers for fresh home loans and balance transfer opportunities.  Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and bank relationship managers for seamless processing.  Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure proper documentation as per checklists.  Support both on-site (client visits) and in-office coordination as per requirement.  Prepare and maintain basic Excel reports and customer data logs.  Ensure confidentiality of customer data and strictly adhere to ethical standards with no data sharing.  Assist in pre-screening of applications based on lender criteria and eligibility. Key Requirements:-  Gender:- Female candidates only  Experience:- 6 months to 1 year in home loans/LAP or DSA coordination.
