Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Tele Caller/Collection Executive located in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate records of payment activities. The role requires regular follow-ups with clients, addressing payment-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies on collections. The candidate will also work closely with the team to meet monthly collection targets and provide reports on collection progress.

Qualifications

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively

·         Negotiation and problem-solving abilities to manage discussions on payment terms

·         Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and documentation

·         Familiarity with financial systems and basic knowledge of collection processes is a plus

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
