We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Loyal Insuranz. The role involves reaching out to potential customers from our verified database to promote and sell Motor Insurance policies, while ensuring accurate data handling and customer satisfaction.
Call prospective customers to explain motor insurance products and benefits.
Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the policy purchase process.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction.
Generate daily and weekly reports on calls and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve process flow.
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
0 – 3 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (insurance experience preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
