Telecaller / Calling Executive

We are seeking a confident and results-driven candidate who can effectively handle cold calling and regular follow-ups with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.

• Explain our real estate projects and generate genuine leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Keep track of leads and follow up with them at the right time.

• Build a good relationship with prospects and convert leads into site visits.

• Update calling and follow-up records on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Should be confident, consistent and proactive with follow-ups.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales or real estate will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

We are looking for someone who can not just make calls, but also take ownership of the leads and ensure timely follow-ups until the customer is converted.
