Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer interactions over the phone. The role involves making or receiving calls to promote products/services, resolve customer queries, generate leads, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and follow up on potential prospects.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Report on call outcomes and provide feedback to the team leader or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Good command of the local language and English (multilingual ability is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply too).
Education Qualification:
Minimum: High School / 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
