Outbound Sales Executive (Telecalling) – 6 Months Internship

• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (IST)

• Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off

Job Responsibilities

Good English Speaking is required.

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in Australia.

• Introduce and explain the company's services.

• Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.

• Generate interest and persuade customers to purchase services.

• Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Update customer information and call outcomes accurately.

• Follow the sales process and company guidelines.

Eligibility

• Good spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Comfortable speaking with international customers over the phone.

• Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have the following:

• A computer or laptop.

• High-speed and reliable internet connection.

• A good-quality headset/headphones with microphone.

• An inverter or power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.

• A quiet working environment suitable for customer calls.
