We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients interested in commercial properties. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
Explain commercial property options (offices, retail shops, warehouses, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years of telecalling or sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is an advantage
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
