Telecaller

A Telecaller in Real Estate is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating leads, scheduling property visits, and supporting the sales team by maintaining customer relationships.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, promote real estate projects, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to persuade potential buyers to schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.

• Answer inbound inquiries about properties, pricing, and project details.

• Explain property features, amenities, location benefits, and payment plans.

• Qualify customer requirements and identify interested buyers.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, email, or messaging apps.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Stay updated on ongoing projects, market trends, and promotional offers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales or telemarketing.

• Knowledge of local real estate markets and property terminology.

• Proficiency in English and regional languages.
